Try the Texas farmed chicken, roasted bluefoot chanterelle, spaghetti squash or the oven roasted gulf snapper. For the dessert, the dark chocolate gateau, chocolate gelato, vanilla anglaise or an ice cream trio of mango-coconut, pineapple and lime are all highly recommended.
