Description:

  • This five-star, award-winning restaurant features an atmosphere that is sophisticated and mildly tropical-flavored, part of the Polynesian-themed Catamaran Hotel. The chefs are creative, but never silly. The ingredients are combined because they work, whether it is the Chilled Cantaloupe Soup, served with Mango Garnish, or Colorado Lamb Potstickers with Spicy Sweet Sriracha Sauce. There are many inexpensive options, all prepared with care, including personal gourmet pizzas and a Fresh Ahi Tuna Sandwich with Arugula, Onions and Soy-Wasabi Aioli. Reservations are usually imperative.

    Good meal

  • Dinner was very good but a bit pricey. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Not many diners so the atmosphere was not so good, but very enjoyable nevertheless.
