Our menu promises a journey through time creating modern dishes from historic ingredients. Al fresco dining is de rigueur at the Cosmo, but indoor service is available in the Sala. For intimate gatherings or back-room-deal making, we recommend the Bandini Room – where Juan Bandini's original four-foot-thick adobe walls will ensure privacy from within and without and where Chef has private access from the kitchen.
