Reservations are nearly essential, even just for a seat at the small wine-only bar. The prosaically-named "Chicken Liver Mousse" disguises the fact that this meltingly sumptuous beyond-paté concoction will haunt you until you come back for more. Nightly specials show off chef-owner Olivier Bioteau's finer fluorishes. Caring, well-trained wait staff thrive under the watchful eye of Rochelle Bioteau and contribute to the sense of good value for good flavors.
