• Decorated by darker wood furnishings and flooring, as well as sheer red drapes complemented by sconces set on cream colored walls, Solare Ristorante and Lounge creates a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can eat a meal in their dining room, enjoy a cup of coffee or relaxing lunch in the lounge, or hide away in a group of up to 24 guests in their private dining room: the Prana Room. Guests can begin their meals with tapas, such as Pakora Fried Shrimp or assorted Italian cheeses. For an entrée, guests can enjoy Black Truffle Risotto, seafood Linguine, and various other dishes. For those who would like to enjoy a little more privacy at Solare, they are only open during lunch for private events. - Erick Pettersen
