- Though it's damp and dirty at 4th and B in downtown San Diego (aptly named if you spot the address), this live music venue and after hours club is perfect for the audience who is looking to get transformed by the music (and only the music). As 4th and B only allows the 21 and over crowd , the drinks are sharp and the venue can be dingy. Still, without much discrimination, local, regional and national acts in all genres play well here, it's worth a visit if you're interested in a little known indie act that makes a stop here.
