Description:
- Each year, the city of Bonita turns its eponymous main thoroughfare, Bonita Road, into one huge street fair—Bonitafest. The Vons Grocery store parking lot is turned into an arts and crafts festival, which spreads into adjacent parking lots and stages pop-up music and family-friendly entertainment. One of the highlights is a morning parade, which begins at the duck pond. The day of fun concludes with an outdoor family film and cartoon in Rohr Park. Early birds can get a pancake breakfast at the Sunnyside School. All city-sponsored events are free.
