The Best of NileGuide
- San Francisco nightlife is as varied as San Francisco and each San Francisco neighborhood's bars, clubs and lounges has a distinct vibe. Shine is an upbeat yet relaxed dance club with fun amenities. Join ultracool Mission hipsters at the Elbo Room, which features some of the City's best live music and DJs. Upstairs, bands play a varied but always loud, energetic and dance-inducing selection. A nice getaway from the Union Square glitz is the Tunnel Top. It is a classy dive, an informal place without the scent of stale beer or the sticky floors. El Rio is a self-proclaimed "dive" but is in fact one of the hipper bars in the Outer Mission and its status as a DINO (dive-in-name-only) is further reinforced by its location two doors down from Naps Only, one of the most epic true dive bars in the City. Nightlife in San Francisco is always evolving so check all these chic bars and clubs.
