No frills staying here except the free maps that Mario is quick to hand out because he gets them free from other sources (AAA) and then attempts to make you feel like he really cares....

Greatest disappointment was the loss of potential... great location, not much competition.... needs a thorough ceiling to floor scrubbing, weeding out of all not-nice nonessentials...
