- This comfortable motor lodge dating from the 1950s, is somewhat off the beaten track. Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean at Sutro Park, it is a short walk down the hill from the Cliff House with its view of Seal Rock and Ocean Beach. Downtown is near as well, with the bright lights and attractions less than 10 minutes' away. All rooms have refrigerators, cable TV, and private baths. Some have fireplaces, kitchenettes and ocean views. The on-site restaurant is known locally for its fine omelets.
