Message from Koo

What is "KOO"? Koo is informed and masculine way of expressing "to eat" in Japanese. To Japanese people, it would be more natural to spell the word "ku" but "KOO" gives a more charming impression. Our non-traditional fusion menu features innovative sushi creations and an extensive variety of salads, shared plates, sashimi and hand rolls. Premium sakes, wine and beer complement the playful cuisine.
