Description:
- A downtown favorite for 20 years, this place claims the distinction of being The City's oldest brasserie. It is certainly one of the most charming, with its brick walls, intimate atmosphere, and classic provincial menu. Roast Chicken with Pommes Frites, a dish served in nearly every brasserie in Paris, can be found here, as can Filet Mignon au Poivre. The wine list is excellent with an emphasis on French vintages.
