  Malacca's mission is to take you on "the route to culinary pleasure" through both food by acclaimed chef "Oudi" Utedpornratankul and 40 wines from around the world selected by Master Sommelier David Glancy. Complementing the spicy and sweet elements of our multi-ethnic cuisine are well priced offerings that are generally low in tannin and full of fruit, as well as some "Just Because" bolder reds. All are designed to heighten the exotic elements found in the world's original fusion fare.
