• Description:

    • Perhaps the oldest Burmese restaurant in San Francisco, this lovely spot has an air of faded elegance to it. The food is assertive without being overpowering and any of the dishes you order can be prepared hot and spicy or salt-free by request. For something unique, try the Lap Pat Dok, a salad prepared with Burmese tea leaves, or Moo Hing Nga, a Burmese-style fish chowder. This spots menu offers some Chinese items, but they are unremarkable. The service is pleasant and efficient.
