Start with tasty bruschetta, carpaccio, or Caesar or caprese salad, but save room for panini (sandwiches of pressed toasted bread with killer fillings like salmon, tomatoes, and citrus sauce or prosciutto and mozzarella), classic pastas -- from Alfredo to pomodoro to crab ravioli -- pizzas, or entrees ranging from grilled chicken breast over salad to filet mignon. Should you want the taste without the bustle, the more mild and formal Trattoria is next door. Also, keep this spot in mind for late-night hunger pangs; they serve until 2am weekdays, 3am weekends.

Good spot if you want something easy while walking around North Beach. Peroni on draft! Food is pretty good, and is pretty authentic Italian-American.

food and chic - sing along and have fun! We were a group of 5 ladies and had so much fun waiting for our food! Great wine and a nice smile makes life so much easier. Will be back...
