Description:

  • It's decidely not cozy inside this restaurant. While the stark white walls are covered with pictures of the San Francisco skyline, the overall feeling is one of understatement. Taste the grilled flatbread topped with Portabella mushrooms, radishes and spinach and you'll be shocked that a small and nondescript restaurant could produce such a delectable dish. Other items include a variety of sandwiches, salads, grilled meats and vegetables. All are cooked and /or served with a twist, such as a side of sauteed baby peppers or mixed with Gorgonzola. The Nouvelle American Cusine is a pleasant departure from the traditional area taquerias and Asian restaurants. The service is great.
