C&L Partners is a restaurant development, management and investment company located in San Francisco and jointly owned by Chris Condy and Chef Laurent Manrique. C&L currently owns, manages or consults on four highly esteemed restaurants: the award winning 2 Michelin star Aqua, plus Fifth Floor, Café de la Presse and Rouge & Blanc, all in San Francisco.
