Description:

  • Bay to Breakers celebrates its 100th year in 2011. One of the largest footraces in the world, participants dress in costumes or in their birthday suit, and run or walk from the Embarcadero, through Golden Gate Park, and end at Ocean Beach. Floats and alcohol have finally been banned since the primary sponsor bowed out last year due to the bad press the race garnered. However, plenty of people will, most likely, still be boozing along the course. Definitely a sight to see!
