There are tons of interesting things to visit in San Francisco! Take a ferry to visit Alcatraz or Angel Island. Grab some clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf. Stroll or bike across the Golden Gate bridge and take a hike in the Golden Gate Recreation Area. There are also some great museums - the California Academy of Sciences typically has really cool exhibits and is right next door to the de Young museum. You can take a stroll through Golden Gate park afterwards and find some other great surprises! Totally depends on your interests but San Francisco has a lot to offer every kind of traveler.
