My favorites are the Liba Falafael and the Sanguchon Peruvian sandwich trucks.

Some of my favorites are: Liba Falafel, The Creme Brulee Cart, Sanguchon, and the Bacon Bacon truck.
The carts are parked all over San Francisco, but they come together a few times a week at an event called "Off the Grid" (http://offthegridsf.com/). I highly recommend checking it out if you're visiting SF. It's an experience not to miss! Don't forget cash and a jacket.

Off the Grid is a great event to sample many food trucks at the same time. Check the website for locations (Fort Mason, Upper Haight at Stanyan, Civic Center). Sanguchon Peruvian Truck is good, Le Truc and The Rib Whip too.
