If you're willing to pop just across Golden Gate Park to the Richmond, try Chapeau (http://www.nileguide.com/destination/san-francisco/restaurants/chapeau/407996)

There's not tons of French restaurants in the Sunset; however, you can find good crepes at Crepe Temptations (2575 Judah at 31st) or at Crepevine in the Inner Sunset.
