The (Connecticut) Yankee at 17th and Connecticut would definitely be my choice in Potrero.

I agree with Brads recommendation of Connecticut Yankee. Two other choices on Potrero would be Blooms 18th @ Texas (http://www.nileguide.com/destination/san-francisco/things-to-do/blooms-saloon/1318622) or Il Pirata 16th @ Utah (http://www.nileguide.com/destination/san-francisco/bars-and-clubs/il-pirata/410871) Both have lots of TV's and show loads of sports

All the answers so far look great, but I wanted to add The Double Play as a historical consideration: http://www.doubleplaysf.com/ Apparently it's been a sports pub going back to when The San Francisco Seals played in a stadium that was across the street (it's now a shopping center).

Yep...http://www.theyankee.com/sports.htm...definitely my choice too. Good hamburgers full bar...raucous fun loving envirn.
Also check out the Homestead Bar on corner of 19th and Folsom In the Mission near Potrero...great beers/ales on tap ...young crowd
Also check out Goat Hill Pizza on Potrero Hill: www.goathill.com

I agree with Brad, Thee Parkside might be okay, but not sure if they play sports on TV. If you head more towards Dogpatch, Dogpatch Saloon is a local neighborhood spot with game-watching.
