Best Western San Jose

  • Within minutes of San Jose's business district, as well as famed attractions such as the Braulio Carrillo National Park, Best Western San Jose Downtown impressed visitors with in-room amenities such as satellite televisions, free Wi-FI and extremely comfortable beds. Guests gladly indulged in the hotel's free on-site parking, heated outdoor pool, on-site laundry facilities and complimentary daily breakfast buffets. Further highlights included the hotel's close, fully walkable distance from the city center, as well as complimentary airport shuttle service. That said, numerous guests left disappointed with the Best Western's shoddy housekeeping, inconsistent airport shuttle and sub-par breakfasts. Even more upsetting was the hotel's unsafe neighborhood post-sunset.
