Spencer's is committed to providing you with the highest quality and most flavorful steaks available. We feature USDA Prime Midwestern corn fed beef. Only 1% of all beef produced in the U.S. can meet this premium grade. The well-marbled beef is aged for a minimum of three weeks to achieve maximum tenderness and flavor. Steaks and chops are cooked in a state-of-the-art infrared broiler at 1700 degrees Fahrenheit. The meat is seared so that the juice and flavors are sealed in.
