Visitors raved over the hotel's full-service spa, on-site casino (the largest in Puerto Rico), outdoor infinity pool and terrace bar. Guestrooms and suites feature Wi-Fi access (surcharges apply), air conditioners, iPod docking stations and coffeemakers. Also mentioned were the hotel's valet services, 24-hour room service and impressive pool or citywide views. Complaints concerned slow check-in, unbearable internal noise and the hotel's lack of surrounding activity.
