Austrian-born owner and chef Augusto Schreiner, assisted by a mostly French staff, operates from a dining room in the lobby level of the Hotel Excelsior in Miramar. Menu items, concocted from fresh ingredients, include such dishes as lobster Rockefeller (cooked au gratin with spinach, bacon, and parmesan cheese); and rack of lamb with aromatic herbs and fresh garlic.
