Cairo (El)

Cairo (El) - San Juan

  • Description:

    • This excellent Arabic restaurant offers traditional dishes such as hummus and lamb creations. Middle Eastern dishes with names like Babaghanough and Felafel also grace the menu, in addition to some authentic Lebanese items. Belly dancers entertain on F and Sa evenings. The restaurant has a genuine Arabian décor, highlighted by lots of cushions, brass, and low seating. Camels need to be parked outside, however.

Great place for a family dinner

    • We love el Cairo. Its a fun place for the kids as its a good place for them to explore the foods of a land so far. We adore the lamb and on weekends the belly dancers are an added value.

      My "go to" restaurant

    • I love this place. I've been here countless times. The food is always consistently delicious and the sangría is yummy. My fave is the "Karuf" a delicious lamb shank....
