These twin dining rooms are two of the of the most appealing restaurants at Palmas del Mar Country Club. Le Grille is a steak house with a Gallic twist and lots of savory flavor in the form of Béarnaise, garlic and peppercorn sauce. The bouillabaisse (both the Catalonian and Marseillaise versions), onion soup, and snails, as well as lobster and chicken dishes are all house favorites. For dessert, consider a soufflé au Cointreau.
