Leo Reynoso, maitre d' of Giuseppe Ristorante at the San Juan Grand Beach Resort, makes the popular house salad and his tableside presentation is extremely professional. Gnocchi al Presto Genovese with its sauce of basil, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil, and the Pollo Principessa, a sauteed chicken breast topped with asparagus and served in a white wine sauce, are excellent recommendations.
