Description:
Don't expect atmosphere, but you can sit at the tables out on the front terrace and watch the street parade down Condado's main drag. The pizzas are thick and tasty, and there's an extensive selection, including the "mariscos," which has mussels, calamari, shrimp, octopus and a special sauce, and the bomba, with local sausage, olives, hot peppers, and blue cheese. There's also a complete menu of hot Italian subs and cold subs, a variety of cheese steaks, and burgers and club sandwiches. Skip the few Italian entree selections, which compare to the offerings right across the street. The pizza is excellent, however. The place is also one of the better restaurants serving American-style breakfasts near major area lodgings like the Marriott and the Ambassador and guesthouses like El Canario. Tables are spread throughout a single dining room, and there's a round bar filled with newspapers and outfitted with televisions you can eat at from morning to night.
