    • The Arsenal de la Marina, located in La Puntilla in Old San Juan, was built in 1791 as a fortress by the Spanish army during the Spanish-American war. The Arsenal de la Marina keeps its original form inspired in Roman architecture. Today, it houses a number of galleries and serves as a venue to many cultural activities held around the year.
