    • A 3 Diamond AAA-rated hotel, the Continental Inn on Ocean Street in Santa Cruz is a nicely situated hotel that provides easy access to some of the city's biggest attractions. The Pacific Ave. Garden Mall, Main Beach, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are the major attractions you'll find nearby. 

      This is one of the more comfortable stays in Santa Cruz thanks to the warm decor and friendly staff. As a boutique-style inn, it is affordable without feeling too much like a budget stay. While not quite at the level of a privately owned B&B, the Continental Inn avoids the trappings of many budget hotels. Some of the rooms are more budget oriented, but for a fee guests can be upgraded to more stylish accommodations. Recreational amenities here include an outdoor pool and a spa tub.

      There are 52 guestrooms at Continental Inn. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are offered. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combos and hair dryers. A continental breakfast is provided for free for guests.
