Order yours exactly how you want it on a slip of paper at the door—choose from not-your-run-of-the-mill toppings like pesto and sundried tomato, and brie or goat cheese—and the chef will whip it up while you wait. The French-inspired salad bar is more than just salads, too: stocking made-fresh-daily specialties like grilled asparagus and stuffed avocado.

    • If you ask around for a good salad bar, inevitably half of the people you ask will direct you to Saveur. Not only can you eat like a rabbit, but you can also rub elbows with locals, tourists, and maybe a few celebrities. The salad bar is truly a garden of options. You can heap your plate with pasta salads, celeriac root, asparagus, shredded carrots, tomatoes and more. Sandwiches are also available; the Turkey with Pesto is very popular.

      Breakfast Heaven!

    • We were in a condo and mostly ate in for breakfast but on our way to hike Tent Rocks, we breakfasted at Saveur. Breakfast Bliss! The poached eggs Florentine style were out of this world....
