It was the only restaurant in the state to receive the International Wine and Food Society Award of Excellence and the Wine Enthusiast Ultimate Award of Distinction. Mountain Living Magazine named it one of the top 10 restaurants in the western United States. Classically trained chefs Nelli Maltezos and Eric Stapelman spend time in Italy to keep expanding their talents. They serve such delicacies as roasted quail with sweet Italian sausage and soft polenta, and a grilled rack of lamb with potatoes and artichokes and a black truffle reduction. A range of pastas, including pumpkin ravioli served with brown butter and pesto, are all house made. Over 500 wine selections are available to accompany your meal.
