• A wide variety of artistic and cultural events take place in this center, organised by the Cultural Bureau of Santander's City Council. It is centrally located, near Tetuán Tunnel, Puerto Chico (Small Port) and the regional government offices. The program includes conferences and round table discussions, workshops, theatrical and musical events. Special events for children often take place on Saturday mornings. The work of national and international artists is also exhibited, with special emphasis on Cantabrian artists, both figurative and abstract. Admission (to the art exhibitions): free.
