Description:

  • Situated in the most touristic area of Santander, El Sardinero, the restaurant can seat 60 people. The menu has an elegant and natural feel about it, and has a big variety to choose from. Recommended options include the salmon and prawn salad or the cod variety, peppers and wild mushrooms, local fish (such as gilthead with mussels and pumpkin purée, hake fillet a la ondarresca or grilled angler fish), quality meats (including grilled steak in Port wine sauce and beef entrecôte with rosemary sauce). The desserts are also creative, like fresh cheese ice cream on a raspberry coulis. A fine wine cellar completes the menu. In addition, Del Muelle has different culinary specials on throughout the year: cod, game dishes, sirloin, the perfect excuse to visit the restaurant and try one of its innovative recipes. The restaurant closes during the second half of February and November.

    Pescadito

  • El muelle pesquero hay que visitarlo, es muy curioso ver los barcos de pesca y muy cerca los bares donde se puede degustar los productos de la mar.
