  • This restaurant is named after the chef, Zacarias Puente, who has been preparing traditional recipes for some time using only top-quality ingredients. The dining area reminds you of an Andalusian courtyard, bright and charming. Recommended starters include the salazon (salted meat or fish) with advocado and the pejina salad. Either can be followed by a fish soup or cod a la montanesa. For the main course, try the T-bone steak or a large helping of Tudanca beef with Tresviso cheese. If you still have room for dessert, order traditional cheeses from Cantabria. All of the wines are recommended.
