• This restaurant offers a selection of popular local dishes. Decorated in a colonial-style, the dining salon is well lit, has wooden tables and stools and a view of the sea; there are also outdoor tables. The menu offers many exquisite and exotic concoctions such as Delicias del Morro (Delights of the Morro) which consists of fish and prawns with a grated cheese topping; the Langosta Mariposa (Butterfly Lobster) and Tasajo. The recommended house drink and meal accompaniment is the Piña Delicia (Pineapple Delight), prepared with Silver Dry and Havana Club Añejo 7 years old rum. The rest of the menu offers a choice of stews, pork, chicken and fish dishes, including congrí (black beans with white rice), and all sorts of syrupy desserts. Drinks include Cuban and international cocktails, wines, beer, fruit juices and soft drinks.
