  • Chile is just coming into its own as a gastronomical center, and it has a way to go to catch up to other countries that have a long history of the same. But there are not just a handful of fivestar restaurants that are playing with traditional Chilean tastes and flavors and serving along side them some of hte best wines in teh world, and making a name for themselves. Many of the five-star restaurants are inspired by other countries, with a fusion of food, but others take Chilean ingredients and make them shine. Five-star seafood is a big hit and with Chile's enviable coastline, the selection is otherworldly.
