La Sebastiana Apart Hotel

• A relative newcomer in the Las Condes neighborhood, this apart-hotel is just what it says: hotel rooms with living areas and kitchens. It's attractive and fresh and decorated with inexpensive but trendy furniture and store-bought art; the owners clearly have an eye for design. Rooms come in three sizes: studio, one-bedroom (standard), and a two-bedroom (superior), the latter of which has a sofa bed for a total of six guests. It's an ideal place for long-term visitors (who pay a discounted rate for stays of 2 weeks or longer), and families with young children; and you can't beat the price or the location close to shops and restaurants, nor the outdoor, rooftop pool (summer only).
