Description:

• You wouldn't guess it from looking at it, but Liguria has only been open about 20 years. It's modern and festively-decorated, but it gives you the sense that it's got more history than its 1990 founding date would indicate. It was opened in 1990 by the Cicali Genoese family, and maintains a traditional feel, with suited waiters and old photos and memorabilia on the walls.
  
  It's popular with the upper-middle class set, artists, intellectuals and foreigners alike, with good drinks, starting with the excellent pisco sours and all the way through the post-meal digestif. In between, enjoy specialties such as spicy crab claws, steaks and fish dishes, and don't skip dessert for the complete experience.
