• This restaurant and watering hole above the elegant restaurant Opera on the corner of Merced and Jose Miguel de la Barra in Santiago's Bellas Artes restaurant is a great place for an after-work happy hour, to listen to live music, or just have quiet conversation with friends. The interior is open and minimalistic, with tables and chairs and a few seating options that mimic a modern living room. There's a rooftop terrace that is heated somewhat in winter, and comfortable all eyar round. The food is Chilean and Asian-influence, and many people choose the "crudo" or steak tartare appetizer.
