Description:

Duri Sushi is one of the best sushi places in Santiago, and caters to a Chilean, international and Korean clientele, many of whom live in Santiago and who the owner knows by name. Menu offerings include handrolls, nigiri, sushi maki, chirashi and many other varieties of sushi, including an eel and almond digiri that's very tasty.

For the non-sushi eaters, there are hot plates, including yakisoba and gyoza, and sesame encrusted tuna or salmon. They make a really good tempura, and kick it up a notch with a a shrimp-mozzarella ebi which is untraditional, but very flavorful and decadent.

On Thursday and Friday nights when the Korean customers come, a special menu is prepared, and you can make arrangements to have some set aside for you, or hope there's a serving or two left in the kitchen for you to taste.
