• When it's time for a Father's Day meal, you can be sure that the tables at Los Buenos Muchachos are well-filled. Or Mother's Day. Or Valentine's day. Or pretty much any day of the year that's any kind of special. For good preparations of Chilean favorites like arrollado (kind of a meat-roll up) or any of a variety of parrillada (barbecued meat and sausage styles), it has few competitors. With hearty bread and pebre to start the meal, and Chilean sweets like peaches and cream and chestnuts in syrup, you absolutely will not leave this place hungry. Various kinds of meat, beef, lamb, pork, chicken are on the menu as well as a variety of fish, including ceviche.
  
  There are traditional music shows starting every night at 9:30, which run to 1:30 in the morning during the week and 3:30 AM on weekends. The original location is out on the highway (5) about 25 miles south of the city, but the location in Barrio Brasil is easier to get to.
