• This restaurant serves an amalgam of Asian-inspired dishes along with some more traditional Chilean fare with heavy emphasis on fish, and lots of vertical food display (meat piled high atop noodles, etc). The Vietnamese spring rolls with a lemony dipping sauce, and many folks pop in just for their trendy martini bar where you can go tropical, chocolatey or whatever your palate desires. Ky is a bit of a see-and-be-seen place, with no sign, and it opens late. Make a reservation to get a good table, or any table at all for that matter.
  
  There's no sign, and it opens late, so be sure to know where you're going. Once you get inside, you'll know you've found the right place, as there's no place even remotely similar anywhere else in Santiago.
