Barrio Concha y Toro

Description:

  • This secret, little neighborhood contains a "pocket plaza" with a fountain and benches. It makes a great backdrop for photos, and a nice place to take an afternoon rest. There's a cultural center, a famous million-dollar mansion with Zully's Restaurant inside, a minimarket for the truly low-budget traveler and a café for those on an in-between budget.

Access is from the street Concha y Toro off Avda. Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (The Alameda) near the República Metro on the north side, or from the street Erasmo Escala which runs perpendicular to Avda. Brasil.
