• The Museo de Artes Visuales has contributed immensely to the development of the art scenario in Chile. Under the aegis of the Cultural Foundation Plaza Mulato Gil de Castro, this museum showcases the works of several contemporary Chilean artistes. They also organize seminars and conferences to provide a better understanding of the art works. Guided tours are also available from Tuesday to Friday for schools, universities as well as tourists. Admission rates vary for the general public and for students.
