You must see the Santa Lucía and San Cristobal hill in Santiago, the Cathedral and San Francisco Museum. Then, you must visit Valparaíso, in special Pablo Neruda's House. And you must go Viña del Mar and see the flower watch, the Quinta Vergara.
You can go to La Serena, specially Elqui Valley, it is a mystical and beautiful place, and you suold drink the best pisco (alcoholic drink) of Chile.

In the South, you must visit: Valdivia, Villarrica, Puerto Varas, Torres del Paine and San Raphael Lagoon.
If you have a lot of money, you must go to the Easter Island (Isla de Pascua)

I hope that you enyoy your visit to our country and welcome

hey buddy! It all depends on what kind of things do you like. If you want to learn about History and Arts, there're a lot of museums in Santiago Downtown. If you're looking for historical places check on google "Cementerio General" - "Barrio Yungay" - "Palacio Cousiño" and "Plaza de Armas de Santiago, Chile"
If you want to eat and taste real chilean food and drinks you must google "Pancho Causeo" - "El Hoyo" - "La Piojera" - "Las Tejas" those are traditional bars and restaurant.
If you want to have a dinner or go for a drink at night go to "Bellavista" "Manuel Montt" "Brasil Avenue" or "Ricardo Cumming Street" good places and cheap (most of them"
Of course Santa Lucia hill is very importan . if you want to go to the Zoo go to "San Cristobal hill"
Well, there're a lot of things to do and see in Santiago, you'll never get bored there! Besides, there a lot of beautiful cities and beaches near by (some them only 1hour from santiago) so check out "sernatur" web site for further information www.sernatur.cl - - - Enjoy my city, my country!
