the answer to your questions is YES, nowadays female soccer is very popular among teenagers and young people.
Specially in areas like Povidencia, Ñuñoa and Vitacura, so you might want to check sports complex in those areas and find out when you can play; for example http://www.nunoadeportes.cl/contenidos/detalle.tpl?idcontenido=372
unfortunately it's all in spanish!
