Experience international food in our small city of Sarajevo! Safari - Global Food was established in 2000 with its first location in Skenderija. Five years later Safari - Global Food reaches a complete transition and gains an individual dimension in the new location. The menu was never fixed, with the chefs rythm and magic the menu travelled to all of the different sides of the world, discovering new tastes. At this moment, at Global Food, with one bite you can experience Thailand, the Middle East, Italy or stay within the borders of Bosnia & Hercegovina. Daily the fresh fruit and vegetable markets are visited, picked with love and precision the best items are purchased. Safari - Global Food is based on an organic concept, from bread to pasta, everything is made on the spot-fresh. During the summertime on the terrace, grows basil, oregano, mint, corriander and other herbs. Whilst sitting and waiting for your meal.. you with experience a true synaesthesiae- aromas from the kitchen, lounge/jazz/ethno music playing softly, a visual sensation of handmade interior decor and then.. your meal ! You have just experienced Safari - Global Food. The capacity of the restaurant 30 (inside) + 20 (outside). Safari - Global Food is located in a quiet side of Kosevsko Brdo (five meters from a taxi stand). Right along the restaurant is a parking and on the other side a pleasant playground for the kids. At the chefs request, Friday nights are themed nights, a new culinary dimension to research new flavours and dishes.
